Your morning for body & mind: After a relaxed breakfast, we start the day on the sunny roof terrace. With a gentle mix of: • Hatha Yoga & Kinesiology • Autogenic Training & Mental Training • Energetic Exercises ... we will give you valuable tools for holistic relaxation that will also have an effect in everyday life. Free time & enjoyment: The afternoons are all yours – whether swimming in the azure blue sea, "letting your soul dangle" or going on discovery tours across the island. In the evenings, we will dive into the culinary delights of Mediterranean cuisine together.
