General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all users of the platform. By registering, you acknowledge these conditions.

2. Service Description

The platform mediates contacts between people looking for or offering travel partners. The provider is not a contractual partner of any trip mediated by the platform. No travel agency or tour operator contract is created.

3. Registration & User Account

Registration is free. You must be at least 18 years old. Only one account per person is allowed. Your information must be truthful. Ads are manually checked before publication.

4. Free and paid features

Posting ads is free. Replying to inquiries about your own ad is also free.

Actively contacting other users requires a paid subscription — with the following exception: If you have at least one active ad with at least two photos online (created or updated in the last 90 days), you can also contact other users without a subscription.

Prices vary regionally (Purchasing Power Parity). Current prices are displayed transparently before the contract is concluded.

5. Contract Term & Termination

Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew for another month unless canceled at least 24 hours before expiration. Cancellation is possible at any time without giving reasons directly in your user account.

6. User Obligations

The following are particularly prohibited: commercial content without permission, sexual or pornographic content, harassment of other users, false identities, violations of applicable law. Violations will result in blocking without refund.

7. Liability

The provider is not liable for content or behavior of other users, not for the execution of mediated trips, and not for damages incurred through contacts via the platform. Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, as far as legally permissible.

8. Data Protection

Our privacy policy applies.

9. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

Bulgarian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, mandatory regulations of their home country remain unaffected. The place of jurisdiction for merchants is Sofia, Bulgaria.

10. Changes to the Terms

The provider may change these General Terms and Conditions with reasonable notice. In case of significant changes, you will be informed by email; silence after 30 days counts as consent.
