Right of Withdrawal for Consumers (EU)
You have the right to withdraw from the subscription contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded.
Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email to support@urlaubspartner.net). Timely dispatch of the notification is sufficient to comply with the deadline.
Consequences of Withdrawal
In case of an effective withdrawal, we will refund all payments received immediately, at the latest within 14 days from the receipt of your withdrawal declaration. The refund will be made using the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction.
Premature Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the execution of the digital service (activation of the subscription) has begun with your express consent and you have simultaneously confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal (§ 356 para. 5 BGB analogue / Art. 16 lit. m Consumer Rights Directive).
Termination of Subscription
Regardless of the right of withdrawal, you can cancel your subscription at any time at the end of the current billing period — directly in your user account under "My Account → Subscription". A pro-rata refund of already paid periods will not be made.
