Travel companion wanted – experience the solar eclipse in Spain together

A special natural event is happening in August: On August 12th, a solar eclipse will be visible in Northern Spain. I would incredibly love to experience this event not alone, but together with someone who is just as keen on traveling, nature, and new impressions. My idea is to start at the beginning of August and spend a few days beforehand on the Atlantic coast in France or Northern Spain. Time by the sea, strolling through small towns, hiking, enjoying the landscape, and discovering beautiful places along the way. Afterwards, it continues towards Northern Spain to witness the solar eclipse there – such a moment when the sky suddenly darkens is something you don't see often in life. I like to travel flexibly and relaxed. Depending on the situation, I would stay overnight in a tent or a vacation apartment/Airbnb. Especially around the solar eclipse, I would like to camp, because then it makes sense to be able to react somewhat spontaneously to find the best spot for observation. About me: I am 34, live in the north of Germany, and am very experienced in traveling. I'm on the road quite often – I spend about 100 nights a year traveling, whether on longer tours, coworking or coliving stays, or simply to discover new regions. For me, travel means curiosity and discovery above all. I love finding special places, exploring small villages, hiking through beautiful landscapes, or simply stopping spontaneously somewhere if a place looks interesting. Often, it's precisely the unexpected places off the beaten track that make a trip special. My travel companions say about my trips: 'It's never boring with you.' At the same time, I also enjoy quiet moments, e.g., sitting by the sea, letting the landscape sink in, or simply having a relaxed evening after an eventful day. Additionally, two very experienced travel dogs are traveling with me, who are used to traveling, new places, and people and usually connect quickly, but are rather reserved towards other people (not cuddly dogs). I'm driving to France / Spain by car and still have space for one more person and a dog up to approx. 20kg. I could pick you up from Hamburg, Bremen, or Cologne. About you: You are reliable, flexible, open to new things, and connected to nature, you are keen on a mix of nature, small discovery tours, and relaxed moments by the sea, and you find the idea of experiencing a solar eclipse together just as fascinating.
