Northern Spain in May

I want to explore Northern Spain in May and am looking for an experienced travel partner. We'll fly to Porto, rent a car, and do a road trip. We'll admire breathtaking landscapes in the mountains, marvel at the whitewater of the mountain rivers, enjoy the Atlantic coast, and try Spanish cuisine. We'll stay in guesthouses, but also go camping. For this adventure trip, I'm looking for an experienced and reliable travel partner who is robust, communicative, willing to compromise, and a good driver. I'm nice, easy-going, and experienced in traveling. I'm an early riser, energetic, and can cook for us. I look forward to all answers and suggestions and am also open to other ideas.
