Beach vacation (and/or hikes)

I am looking for a travel companion. A holiday by the sea and sun would be nice (Greece or Italy), but also simple hikes in the Bavarian Forest or Thuringian Forest or in the state of Tyrol... either for a short break but also gladly longer 7-13 days, just to get out of the ordinary... with separate rooms so that everyone has the possibility for retreat. Time out alone - is only half as nice. I am male, 51 years old, pleasant and uncomplicated – reliable and have a sense of humor.
